Msi geforce gtx 970 gaming nude
Let's talk again about the GeForce GTX 970 which will be presented in two days with its older sister the GTX 980. This time we bring you the MSI GeForce GTX 970 GAMING with all its details exposed.
The first thing we observe is that the card uses the famous MSI TwinFrozr heatsink in its fifth version with a striking and charming red and black casing under which the heatsink hides with its heatpipes, we also note the two black 100nm fans with anti-dust technology that are responsible for providing the necessary air flow for proper heat dissipation.
The GeForce GTX 970 GAMING mounts a GM204-200 GPU with 1664 CUDA Cores brought to a base frequency of 1140 MHz that goes up to 1279 MHz in Boost mode and has therefore been overclocked. Accompanying the Nvidia GPU are 4 GB of GDDR5 memory attached to a 256-bit bus.
We found two 6 + 8-pin power connectors so it is a card designed to be squeezed to the maximum by overclocking, remember that its TDP is only about 150W and the reference model has two 6 + 6 connectors pins. Regarding the VRM we observe that it has a 6 + 2 phase design to ensure overclocking with respect to the 5 phases of the reference model.
