Msi radeon r9 290x gaming 8g
It is the turn of the new MSI Radeon R9 290X GAMING 8G graphics card that, like the Sapphire and PoerColor models that we have shown you previously, is identical to the 4GB version except for the fact that it includes double the video memory.
The new MSI Radeon R9 290X GAMING 8G arrives with MSI's advanced Twin Frozr IV heatsink which is made up of a dense aluminum fin radiator that is crossed by five copper heatpipes that are responsible for distributing the heat that emanates from its GPU, the set is completed with the inclusion of a pair of fans. It has a small back backplate.
The card features the AMD Hawaii XT GPU consisting of a total of 44 CUs totaling 2816 Shader Processors, 174 TMUs and 64 ROPs, all under a 28nm manufacturing process. Accompanying the GPU we find 8GB of GDDR5 VRAM at a frequency of 5, 500 MHz attached to one 512 bit interface which makes it a card specially prepared for very high resolutions.
