AMD is rumored to launch its Radeon RX 5500 XT graphics card this week. Today, we are already seeing leaks in two of the MSI variants of the upcoming GPU, VideoCardz reports.

MSI RX 5500 XT Mech and Gaming - Specifications and leaked images

The AMD Radeon RX 5500 series is expected to land in 4GB and 8GB memory configurations via a 128-bit, 1, 408-core memory bus from RDNA. The RX 5500 is likely to be an exclusive product for original equipment manufacturers with lower clocks than the RX 5500 XT.

MSI will launch the RX5500 XT Mech as a general-purpose option with a clock up to 1, 845 MHz. Then we have a more premium 'Gaming' MSI model that will have clock speeds of up to 1, 905 MHz. The cards apparently do not deviate from the clock speed of AMD's reference memory (14 Gbps), which is not surprising considering that today we only see overclocked memory on very select graphics cards. Both cards are said to have 8GB of GDDR6 memory and PCIe 4.0 support.

The RX 5500 XT models have already been sent to different analysis sites (ProfesionalReview), and the embargo will be lifted on December 12. If that is true, all the details will be confirmed on Thursday with different analyzes that will be available from that day. We will keep you informed.
