Navi 14, results of this new low-end gpu from amd are filtered
Table of contents:
AMD's Navi 14 GPU has appeared in the Compubench database. This GPU will power the Radeon RX 5 *** entry-level 'entry-level graphics card series, which started with the RX 5700 range.
Navi 14 would come in 3GB, 4GB and 8GB VRAM configurations
Basically Navi 14 will aim to replace Polaris in the graphics card range segment, this means it should replace the current RX 570.
The GPU in question appears to have a configuration of 24 CUs rounding up to 1536 Stream Processors. Its code name is GFX1012, which is the internal name of the Navi 14 GPU and it has the device ID "AMD 7340: CF". The chip has a 1.9 GHz clock along with 3 GB of VRAM. This would combine with other 8GB and 4GB models, so it looks like there will be quite a variety of configurations possible.

When it comes to performance, this appears to be somewhat faster than the RX 570, which is based on the Polaris 20 GPU. The RX 570 has long been the team's king of red, but it looks like the Navi 14 GPUs could finally replace them. Performance against GTX parts, such as NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 1650, looks excellent, but it isn't against the much faster GTX 1660.
These are 'early' samples, so we can't say what the bottom line would be, but since these cards will be priced below $ 200, things are looking good in terms of price / performance. The Navi 14-based 3GB RX cards appear to be of the lowest configuration, so we can expect them to be under $ 150. AMD may be able to replace all three existing Polaris cards, the RX 570, RX 580, and RX 590, with these Navi 14-based products at a much lower price. We will keep you informed.
