Nokia launches an accessory (another one) to monitor sleep

In case there weren't enough accessories with which to monitor our sleep cycles (irony understood), Nokia now adds to its line of accessories focused on health a new sleep tracking accessory called by Nokia Sleep, choosing CES 2018 as the ideal setting for their debut.

Like the Beddit sleep tracker acquired by the American giant Apple in May of last year, the Nokia Sleep is a slim accessory that is placed under the mattress and includes a series of motion sensors that are intended to track metrics such as sleep duration, heart rate, sleep quality, and snoring. All this information can be seen and analyzed from the health application that is specially dedicated to this new product. Furthermore, the data is synchronized with the smartphone via WiFi connectivity.

Nokia Sleep will provide users with an overall score that is used to assess how good, or how bad, they fell asleep that night, as the aforementioned Beddit sleep tracker already does. On the other hand, it also includes integration with IFTTT, allowing you to interact with other smart home products to do things like turn off the lights when you fall asleep.

The Nokia Sleep will be available for $ 99, that is, $ 50 cheaper than the Beddit. If you want more infor you can take a look on the Nokia website.
