New nvidia gpu's in June?
Earlier this year, Nvidia introduced its new Geforce 700 series GPUs for notebooks, a family of GPUs to which it later added its Geforce GT 700M Series GPUs and the debut of the GeForce GTX 700M Series GPUs is still expected at a later date..
Even with the flavor of its latest creation the GTX Titan, among us, many users are looking forward to the version of these GPUs for desktops: GeForce 700 Series, which according to new rumors from Fudzilla, will be presented in June this year., during the Computex 2013 event (June 4-8).
As is typical of GPU manufacturers, perhaps by that date their specifications will be revealed and perhaps we will see some benchmarks in many media, but they will not be available until a few days or weeks later.
The exact characteristics of the new GeForce 700 Series GPUs are still unknown, but at the moment we know that their medium and high ranges will be made up of variants based on the second-generation Kepler graphics architecture (GK114 / GK116 / GK117), while its range Baja will be made up of variants based on the third-generation Kepler architecture (GK208).
The new GeForce 700 Series GPUs will be manufactured using TSMC's 28nm manufacturing process, the same process used in the current generation of GeForce 600 Series GPUs.
We will soon see that there is truth in all this.
