Cryorig Cu is a new line of CPU coolers that have the peculiarity of being manufactured with a copper radiator, the latest addition to the market is the Cryorig C7 Cu, a low-profile model that has been designed to offer great cooling capacity.

Cryorig C7 Cu, a very compact heatsink with a copper radiator

The Cryorig C7 Cu is manufactured with the award winning C7 architecture. By switching to a completely copper-based construction, the C7 Cu has made improvements of up to 15% in thermal performance without increasing size, which is a key advantage in ultra-compact SFF / ITX constructions where space is limited. Copper is a material almost twice the temperature conductor than aluminum, but almost three times more expensive, so it is normally only used in most critical thermal components, such as heatpipes.

The included 92mm fan features Cryorig's quad air intake system, with additional intakes located at all four corners. This allows the fan to draw air from the sides and not just from the top, which is essential since in most SFF / ITX systems there is limited space for the air inlet between the top of the heat sink.
