QNAP has announced its new QNAP NAS TVS-x72XT, which is equipped with eighth generation I ntel Core processors, along with high-bandwidth 10GBASE-T connectivity, and a Thunderbolt 3 interface to respond to high workloads and high-speed file sharing.

Its flexible expandability through PCIe slots allows you to install a basic graphics card to speed up video processing and GPU calculations, or a QM2 card from QNAP to add an M.2 SSD cache or additional 10GbE connectivity. Thanks to its 5-speed Multi-Gig 10GBASE-T port (10G / 5G / 2.5G / 1G / 100M) and two Thunderbolt 3 ports, a collaborative 4K multimedia editing platform is presented that is ideal for Mac and Windows users. It also offers an HDMI 2.0 video output, which supports 4K at 60 Hz, offering great benefits for the use of applications that require a high image resolution and very realistic colors.

The TVS-x72XT series supports SSD caching and offers two M.2 SSD slots for installing NVMe PCIe Gen 3 x2 SSDs with 2280 form factors to enhance applications that require high IOPS speeds.
