Available in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB capacities to suit the needs and possibilities of all users, the LiteOn CA3 units combine a Marvell 88SS1092 controller with TLC NAND flash memory technology manufactured by Toshiba. With these features, they are able to deliver sequential read speeds of up to 2, 100 MB / s for the 256GB variant and an impressive 2900MB / s for the 512GB and 1TB drives. Sequential write speeds go up to 600 MB / s, 1, 200 MB / s, and 1, 700 MB / s. We now turn to speeds in 4K random read and write operations, the LiteOn CA3 is capable of 150K / 150K in the 256GB variant, 260K / 260K IOPS in the 512GB variant, and 380K / 260K IOPS in the variant 1 TB.
