SanDisk Corporation has announced the new line of SanDisk X300 SSDs consisting of 18nm TCL NAND Flash memory that incorporates SLC memory in the form of nCache 2.0 to increase productivity.
The new SSDs of the company will be available in the 3 most popular formats that are 2.5 ″, M.2 2280 and mSATA. The SanDisk X300 is available in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB capacities with a SATA III 6.0Gbps interface. With these characteristics it is capable of reaching sequential rates of 530MB / s in reading and 470MB / s in writing, and they also have a random read / write rate of up to 90, 000 / 74, 000 IOPS.
