Nvidia will release gtx 980 and 970 with 8gb of vram
A couple of days ago we announced that AMD is preparing to launch new R9 290X graphics cards with 8 GB of VRAM to improve its performance in 4K resolution, now comes information that says Nvidia is also preparing to launch GTX 980 and 970 cards with 8GB of memory.
Nvidia is preparing to counterattack when AMD launches its R9 290X with 8GB of video memory. Said counterattack will come in the form of GTX 980 and 970 equipped with the same amount of VRAM, predictably in November or December.
