AIDA64 has added information for a mysterious and unannounced Nvidia GeForce RTX T10-8 graphics card, which is apparently based on TU102 Turing silicon.

A new 'Turing' RTX appears in the AIDA64 database

Currently, there are four Nvidia graphics cards using Turing's TU102 silicon. The GeForce Titan RTX and GeForce RTX 2080 Ti are the most popular because they are focused on the gaming market, while the Quadro RTX 8000 and Quadro RTX 6000 belong to the business arena. Thanks to AIDA64's latest changelog, we are almost certain that Nvidia is working on another TU102 based graphics card.

The code name RTX T10-8 could indicate that it is a graphics card for the 'gaming' market. That is practically the only clue we have at the moment. So it could be something like a GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super or GeForce Titan RTX Black. However, we are more inclined to the first, since the GeForce Titan RTX already uses a TU102 matrix to the fullest.

From a performance standpoint, the GeForce Titan RTX and GeForce RTX 2080 Ti are at virtually the same level. Given the huge price difference, there is definitely room for an intermediate model. Hypothetically, Nvidia could use another GeForce RTX 2080 Super. The chipmaker can take the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, enable a few more CUDA cores, add faster memory, and you're done.

During E3, it was said that Nvidia was not going to work on an RTX 2080 Ti Super any time soon, perhaps the plans have changed. We will keep you informed.
