Oculus quest and rift s are now available for presale

Oculus Quest and Rift S virtual reality glasses have a release date, they will do it on May 21. Oculus Quest is an all-in-one VR system that offers freedom of movement. Meanwhile, Rift S is a more classic VR system, running on a powerful PC.

Both Quest and Rift S use Oculus Insight, a state-of-the-art computer vision technology that enables inside-out tracking with sensors built into the glasses. By mapping the world around us and our position in it, Oculus Insight allows us to navigate virtual and physical spaces, all in real time. Setting up the gaming space is almost as simple as donning the glasses.

Wireless and PC-free (Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset), Quest is ready to play whenever and wherever you are. It is even possible to share what we see on mobile or on television.

Rift S

It is the most advanced option if you need to connect to a PC, but you want to be cheap. It is priced at $ 399 for the glasses and controls. The new displays promise brighter colors and the elimination of the grid effect. Ergonomics have also been improved. These glasses require a GTX 1060 or RX 480 and a Ryzen 5 1500X or i5-4590 processor as recommended specifications.
