This past year one of the trends was the use of pop up cameras, for the front camera of the phone. It is a bet that more and more brands use. Although it seeks to innovate also in this field and OPPO has a design that promises to make people talk. Since the Chinese brand would use a camera of this type on one of its phones, but located on one of the sides.
OPPO would use a pop-up camera on one side
It is a patent of the brand, which we can see in these photos below. An all screen, with the camera coming out of one of its sides.
New patent
It is an interesting design, which we could see on an OPPO phone in a few months. The brand has officially registered this patent in China. So at least we can see that they are working on such a model, which would surely give a lot to talk about. Hopefully this location does not affect the proper functioning of the camera.
So far all brands on Android have kept such a camera on top. This also allows the phone to get closer to the concept of an all-screen phone, which is certainly an aspect that is very popular.
We hope to know more about this phone that OPPO has patented, since it promises to be a most interesting model for the firm. So we will see if more is known about this possible launch or if it remains in a patent that does not see the light of day.
