I have been with PC changes for a long time that if ATX format, Micro ATX that if Mini ITX and well… I think it is a good opportunity to show you the settings that I am doing on my computers or those that I am mounting to my friends / acquaintances. This time I want to present you my Gaming X99 PC that is assembled with high-end components: i7 processor, 16GB DDR4 and GTX 780 graphics card. I detail the components below:
- NZXT H440 Enclosure. 6-core i7-5820k Processor @ 4200mhz. MSI X99S Gaming 9 AC.16GB DDR4 G.Skills Ripjaws 4 to 3000mhz Motherboard. 3GB NVIDIA GTX 780. EVGA SuperNOVA Power Supply 750 G2.SSD Samsung EVO 250GB Hard Drive Western Digital Black 1TB + 2TB Western Digital Green Monitor Qnix QX2710 Evolution II 2560 × 1440 @ 110hz.
I am using this machine to work daily, to play sporadically (I have little time) and to do virtualization tests. I have 6 cores with overclock at 4200 mhz, 16GB of RAM that is more than enough, that if in the near future they fall short I will choose to expand to 128GB and a very fluid system with both Windows and Linux operating systems (Debian, Ubuntu…). I leave you some more detailed images:
