Qualcomm accuses apple of stealing trade secrets

The relationship between Qualcomm and Apple has long been a bad one. But now it goes a step further with the accusations of the manufacturer of processors. Because they accuse the Cupertino of stealing trade secrets and having provided the information to Intel. This, after both have been involved in numerous legal disputes for years.

They assure that they offered the Cupertino company access to certain technologies and processes, in order to facilitate the integration of their products with those of Apple. But this information was not used for that purpose.

New problems between Qualcomm and Apple

Since Apple was given access to inside information, it must be kept confidential at all times. But, due to legal disputes with Qualcomm, the Cupertino company would have provided this information to Intel. So the latter became the sole provider of processors for Apple. A rather complex story, as you can see, but that adds fuel to the fire.

Because the relations between the two companies have been lousy for a long time. This new accusation makes the possibility of an agreement far away. So it seems that the legal battle between the two is going to continue, and it is not well known who will rise as the winner.

Apple has the advantage of not depending on Qualcomm today. Something that undoubtedly makes this process somewhat more bearable, because otherwise the company would face serious problems in its device production and development process.
