An image, purportedly of the 50th anniversary edition of the RX 5700 XT, was seen at the Red Team's E3, brandishing the title of Radeon RX 690 Limited Edition in place of Lisa Su's signature. This is a detail that escaped the people of AMD.

AMD announced its Radeon RX 5700 series at E3 2019 during its Next Horizon Gaming event. The initial lineup includes the: RX 5700 XT, RX 5700, and RX 5700 50th Anniversary Edition. The latter comes equipped with a black and gold cover and the signature of the AMD CEO.

But if you look closely at the image included in the press releases during E3, despite the limited edition finish, Dr. Lisa Su's famous initials are nowhere to be found. And if you enlarge the image a little to the right, we see that it says "Radeon RX 690 - Limited Edition".

The RX 5700 series replaces the Polaris 500 series graphics cards and takes a new architectural design called RDNA. The latest generation was defended in recent times by the Radeon RX 590, along with the RX 580 dominating the general market thanks to its attractive price / performance value. The new series will debut on the market on July 7.
