It is known to all that Razer is a company strongly focused on the world of gaming. In this case, its Arctech case is promoted not only as a protection against falls and shock fractures but with a thermal filter to prevent overheating of the phone during use.

Unboxing by Razer Arctech

Razer Arctech is presented in cardboard packaging, a box whose cover serves as a chest-style opening to open the case once opened. This cover provides us with a photo of the cover, information on its model or variant (Razer Arctech Pro with certified fall protection or Slim model) and we highlight the thermal fabric layer technology that we will explain later.

On the back cover we find a photo of the inside view of the case along with the slogan: "Lose the heat, win the game" (lose heat, win the game) and the following highlights:

The Razer Arctech case comes in three possible color combinations: black, pink and white. At the same time, the three colors can be found in the two variant models:

Materials and finishes

Starting from the outside, the case has a touch very similar to the originals that iPhone sells, being totally rubber but with a velvety and not slimy texture. This is nice since it prevents slipping due to sweat and guarantees a better grip on the user's hands.

On the sides, the surfaces of the on, off and volume buttons have a slight relief that makes them easy to locate only with your fingers.

On the back we find that the upper half has circular perforations to favor the entry of air into the phone while on the lower right side is the Razer logo in bas-relief.

Final words and conclusions about Razer Arctech

Razer offers us a "gaming" phone case. Stamped inside comes the brand's own slogan as a statement of intent: For gamers. By gamers. Although we are aware of the great growth that the video game industry has had when it comes to the smartphone sector, it is difficult to say to what extent the performance of the phone improves the breathable fabric layer that Razer presents to us.

Apart from this, we can assure you that the finishes of its materials are of the highest quality. The protection offered by the case both in the contours of the screen and in the corners (high risk areas par excellence) is very high given its robustness. Let's not forget that we are dealing with the Razer Arctech Pro model. It is something that due to the volume itself reinforces the phone.

On the other hand, its price of € 45 is quite high for a mobile case, although it puts it up to the prices of the original iPhone cases. In fact, if we had to choose between the two we would choose the Razer Arctech. This is due to the detail of being perforated and trying to prevent against overheating since Apple's are completely hermetic.
