Virtual reality: all games announced at e3

The most important video game event of the year is currently being held in Los Angeles, the classic E3 has served for several major companies to announce their bets for virtual reality, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and Sony with their Playstation VR.

The games that will arrive for virtual reality

In the following lines we will review the most important games that are going to arrive for virtual reality and that were announced at E3 for HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and Playstation VR, the latter will only be compatible with Playstation 4.

FALLOUT 4

Bethesda announced that Fallout 4 will be fully adapted for virtual reality in 2017 and the first beneficiary will be the HTC Vive glasses, it is very possible that it will also be announced for Oculus Rift in the future. Unfortunately DOOM will be left without a special version for VR technology.

KILLING FLOOR: INCURSION

The popular action shooter game is going to have a special version for the Oculus Rift glasses called Killing Floor: Incursion. The video game is going to be use of the Oculus Touch that will serve us to aim our weapon accurately. No date at the moment.

MINECRAFT REALMS

Minecraft will have support for virtual reality starting in the fall, compatibility with Samsung Gear VR glasses has been confirmed.

SUPERHOT

Visually there is nothing like SuperHot and it will have its VR version. The action game will arrive exclusively for Oculus Rift.

SERIOUS SAM: THE LAST HOPE

Serious Sam: The Last Hope was announced, which in a few months will have an Early Access version on Steam to be able to test it with the HTC Vive glasses.

WILSON HEART

Adventure and psychological horror game developed by Twisted Pixel exclusively for Oculus Rift. Wilson Heart is coming in 2017.

STAR TREK BRIDGE CREW

Ubisoft presented Star Trek Bridge Crew for HTC Vive and Playstation VR where we can be part of the Star Trek crew. The game will be available later this year.

RESIDENT EVIL 7

One of the big surprises at E3 was Resident Evil 7, which radically changes its mechanics to be a first-person, horror-focused Outlast-style game. Resident Evil 7 will arrive on PC and XBOX One but you can only play with virtual reality glasses with a Playstation VR.

FAR POINT

Farpoint is a new action game that comes out exclusively for Playstation VR and PSVR Aim that will help in targeting.

STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT: X-WING VR MISSION

Star Wars Battlefront: X-Wing VR Mission is another title that was presented for Playstation VR with which we will control one of the mythical Star Wars ships in space raids, it has not been commented when it will come out.

BATMAN ARKHAM VR

Batman Arkham was one of the surprises, the bat man will make the jump to virtual reality with an exclusive version for Playstation VR that debuted in October of this year.

FINAL FANTASY XV VR EXPERIENCE

Finally Final Fantasy XV will have its VR facet where we will control Prompto by shooting at the different enemies that we come across in the game with a revolver as a firearm, we imagine that for this we will also use PSVR Aim.
