As in the entire Aivia series that we have dealt with in recent months, they have a sublime and stylish cover. We see the image of the Mouse and its dock with display. At the rear we have all the most important specifications.

Where the mouse is housed is a hard cardboard box. Full of foam and hard plastic protections. It really is impossible for the mouse to be damaged. Only if a truck goes over it?

The kit is made up of:

The Gigabyte Uranium has a unique texture of soft rubber plastic, very pleasant to the touch and with a very ergonomic design. Once we grab the mouse we feel that it is designed for large hands (130 x 78 x 70 mm) dimensions and for right-handed people. For small hands, it can be a little big… although everything is getting used to.

The wheel allows us to move in up to four directions (normally there are two) and it also offers us the possibility of taking control in 8 directions from the dock screen.

The mouse comes armed with 10 programmable buttons that allow us to create macros ideal for games. A luxury within the reach of very few gamers. In addition to a hot PPP resolution switch, what does that mean? It allows us to adjust the mouse speed in 4 phases: 800/1600/3200 and 5600 DPI (with software it reaches 6500 DPI).

At the top of the mouse we have the largest buttons. Just to the left we have two buttons G1 and G2.

The Macro Station is a control station equipped with a display that allows us to view mouse status functions. We have two display options:

Dynamic: It is updated immediately, launching the PPP values, game profiles, battery charge level and reporting frequency.

Direct Editing Mode: It allows us to adjust the DPI values and select / edit the desired profiles.

Software: AIVIA Ghost

As always, Gigabyte invites us to download the drivers from its website. Installation is very simple: everything follows.

The program that is installed is AIVIA Ghost. With it we can configure all the peripherals of that model. In our case we have the Aivia Uranium mouse and the Osmium keyboard. Detection is on-site and without any problems.
