As usual, the memories come in the classic Kingston blister. Perfectly sealed.
Specifically we have the KHX21C11T2K2 / 16X model. A kit format for two 8GB modules each at 2133 mhz and a CL11 latency.
Memories are accompanied by the Kingston guarantee.
This new HyperX Predator series has a bluish design and a high profile heatsink.
We have to keep this refrigeration design in mind when buying them. Because you may have problems with some heatsinks on the market.
The heatsink is very solid and effective.
Here mounted with a Gigabyte Z77X-UP5 TH. Its design is ideal for this plate, since its colors and aesthetics are ideal.

The programs that we will use to check the performance of the Kingston HyperX Predator have used the following tests:
- Super PI.x264 HD Encoding Benchmark v5.0.1 64-Bit.3DMark 11.Metro 2033.AIDA64 Extreme Edition 2.60.
Kingston has convinced us again with its Kingston HyperX Predator memories, designed for the world's most enthusiastic and overclocked. We have analyzed the model KHX21C11T2K2 / 16X. It consists of two 8GB modules (16GB in total) DDR3 at 2133 mhz. With excellent latencies CL11 (11-12-11-30) and with functionality at 1.6v.
Memories are compatible with XMP profiles. The first profile is the one that comes by default to CL11 (11-12-11-30) and the second is a CL9 (9-9-9-24), this allows us to load the profile and forget about modifying values in our BIOS. On a personal basis, I prefer to do it manually, because we can adjust some value (For example, the VTT).
In our test bench we have used i7 2700k with an Asus Maximus V Extreme motherboard and a 2GB GTX680 GPU. The results with the profiles have been very good, and we have seen a difference of up to 3FPS in games. I also loved its heatsinks (lower than the TX1s) as they are robust and efficient. Perhaps, if they were the completely black module it would work better with the motherboards (In the photo you can see how good it looks with a Gigabyte Z77X-UP5 TH.
The price is one of the great attractions of this HyperX series since we can buy a 2x4GB kit at 2400mhz for just € 50. And the 2x8GB CL2133 kit over € 150.
The Professional Review team awards you the quality / price badge and gold medal. Exceeding all our expectations!
