Nanoxia Deep Silence 1 comes protected in a robust and very well protected case. Both in the front and rear we find all the characteristics and specifications of the box.

On the left side we have a space to incorporate an additional fan for graphics cards. Both panels are completely smooth.

Once the window is open we see a built-in rehobus to control the fans, the power button and that the 5.25 bays have an easy open system.

In the lower part of the front we find two filters with two 120mm fans of the nanoxia brand. These fans have 4 pins and are regulated from the front panel controller.

We keep looking at the box, but this time from the ceiling. We found two holes…. What will it be?

The USB ports are hidden with a small "hatches". We have two USB 2.0 connections, two USB 3.0 and an audio output.

We also have a "convertible" roof. This allows us to remove hot air and fresh air. No box on the market has incorporated this function and we think it is a great solution.

At the back we find two outlets for liquid cooling tubes and a 140mm fan that we can replace with a 120mm fan.

With a maximum of 8 expansion ports, it allows us to install ATX, XL-ATX, Micro-ATX, Mini-ITX motherboards.

It also includes a floor filter for the power supply. What a treat!

CONCLUSION

Deep Silence 1 is the first box that Nanoxia designed. Available in various designs: Black, Silver, White and Anthracite, USB 3.0 ports, exceptional cooling and exquisitely configured hard drive cabs.

Where this box stands out the most is in its SilentPC design. Protected with a special foam throughout the interior (roof, front and sides) that cushions the noise of the fans and components, special anchors in the area of ​​the power supply and hard drives that make it one of the best alternatives on the market. In addition, it includes 3 Nanoxia PWM fans controlled by a rehobus on the front.

The installation has been very simple, we have done our tests with an air sink: Noctua NH-D14 (Compatible with heatsinks with a maximum height of 185 mm), Intel Ivy Bridge i5 3570k processor, Gigabyte G1.Sniper 3 motherboard and a Asus GTX680. The processor has never exceeded 32ºC idle / 52ºC in full and the graphics in 30ºC idle and 60º in full. As we have seen in the analysis, the box allows us to install liquid cooling / watercooling with two 240mm radiators regardless of its thickness. This makes it a great addition for its air / liquid compatibility.
