Ryzen 5 officially launches on April 11

In the last few hours we have been able to see that Ryzen 5 is already coming to retail stores, about three weeks before its official launch. Shipments of these chips have started to be received in Europe and some resellers are already selling them to the consumer.

One of the lucky owners of Ryzen 5 has contributed some images of his purchase, this time a Ryzen 5 1600 that costs $ 219.

Ryzen 5 1400 4/8 3.2 GHz 3.4 GHz 8 MB 65W $ 169 US

In total, there will be 4 processors that will arrive, a new line that seeks to carve out a niche in the mid-range with prices ranging between $ 169 and $ 249. These will be the Ryzen 5 1600X, 1600 (both with 6 physical and 12 logical cores) 1500X and 1400, the latter two with 4 physical and 8 logical cores.

All this new range of AMD processors will be officially launched on April 11, but seeing the panorama we will surely be able to get them much sooner. It would be no wonder that in the next few hours / days the first 'real' performance tests of these new AMD creatures begin to circulate.
