New data reports that AMD will launch Ryzen Threadripper non-X processors, these will be differentiated by lower power consumption and more relaxed operating frequencies, thus they would be ideal for users looking for a large multi-thread processing power with a consumption more restrained energy. Ryzen Threadripper 1920 confirmed by a motherboard manufacturer.

Filtered the Ryzen Threadripper 1920

There have been several manufacturers of motherboards that have listed a new processor that obeys the name of Ryzen Thredripper 1920, this new model will come with a TDP of 140W and operating frequencies in the base and turbo modes of 3.2 GHz and 3.8 GHz respectively. After the discovery, one of the motherboard manufacturers has removed the mentioned model from the list of processors supported by its X399 series motherboards.

Thus, the only difference between the Ryzen Threadripper 1920 and the Ryzen Threadripper 1920X would be a lower 40W TDP in the case of the former due to tighter operating frequencies. Its price could be around 699 euros.
