Samsung 750 evo has been officially launched
Samsung has launched its new Samsung 750 EVO SSD device to the market designed to offer the highest performance in both desktop and laptop computers.
The Samsung 750 EVO is presented in the usual 2.5-inch format with a SATA III 6 Gb / s interface alongside the Samsung MGX controller, and using 256 MB of DDR3 SDRAM memory. It will be marketed in 120GB and 250GB variants offering sequential read and write speeds of 540MB / s and 520MB / s respectively while its random read and write performance amounts to 97, 000 IOPS and 94, 000 IOPS.
The 750 EVO offers a 5 year warranty. Prices have not been announced although it has been said that they will be cheap.
