Samsung 750 evo, performance at a competitive price
Samsung continues to tread very strongly in the field of SSDs with the launch of the Samsung 750 EVO that promises to offer a very high performance while expecting a competitive price against its rivals.
The Samsung 750 EVO includes a Samsung MGX controller inside, along with a 256 MB DDR3 cache and NAND TLC memory technology. With these specifications it offers a sequential read and write speed of 540 MB / s and 520 MB / s respectively, while the 4K random performance amounts to 94, 000 IOPS and 88, 000 IOPS.
The Samsung 750 EVO comes in a 2.5 ″ format with a SATA III interface and with TRIM, SMART and AES 256-bit encryption technologies. For now, there has only been talk of a 128 GB model with a 35 TB TBW and a 3-year warranty. No details have been given on its price.
