Samsung says its Note 4s have no problem
This morning we have reported that the first Samsung Galaxy Note 4 sold in South Korea present a design problem that leaves an exaggerated gap between the screen and the metal chassis, Samsung has taken little time to respond saying that its terminals have no problem.
"The reported issue does not impact the functionality or quality of the Galaxy Note 4. We assure our customers that all Galaxy Note 4 units meet our strict manufacturing and quality control standards, "
Those have been the words of Samsung before the complaints of the buyers of the Note 4 in Korea, they assure that its terminals meet all its "strict" quality tests. The company has not reported whether they intend to replace the affected terminals or whether they will correct the imperfection in the future.
So those who buy a Galaxy Note 4 in the future may find a gap between the screen and the chassis and have to wait for the dust to act as a putty sealing the space.
