Samsung has accustomed us to tablets of all price ranges, although the most interesting were always the high-end ones. It has launched the new Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) series and the Samsung Galaxy Tab E. Finally we have been able to know the new features of this new " low cost " from Samsung.

Among its technical characteristics we find an advanced 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, 1.5 GB of RAM memory, a 7-inch screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels with an IPS LCD panel and an internal memory of 8GB that is expandable via microSD up to 128 GB. At first it seems that the best Chinese tablets have better specifications for a much lower price.

It has also been known to be 8.7mm thick and weigh up to 283 grams. It will incorporate a version with a slot for a micro SIM and that is one of the most interesting points being compatible with the 4G LTE / 3G HSPA + bands and in addition to Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Glonass, Wifi 802.11 N and a 4000 maH battery.

Availability and price

Its availability is not known, but we do not rule out the appearance of the first units for sale later this month. Its price for interesting for the public that does not like to risk it to China, since it will have a price of 169 euros.
