Thanks to GFXBench we know in detail the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 that would be officially announced at the WMC in Barcelona at the end of this month of February.

The new Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will arrive with a 9.7-inch screen with a 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution that will be brought to life by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor consisting of four Cortex-A72 cores along with four other Cortex-A53 cores and a powerful Adreno 510 GPU. The processor comes with 3 GB of RAM and 32/64 GB internal storage to ensure excellent performance.
It is not clear if it will have a microSD slot but its predecessor did have it so this new Galaxy Tab S3 could also have it. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will include the advanced Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system as standard to be able to squeeze its full potential from day one.
Its optics include a rear camera with an 8 megapixel sensor accompanied by autofocus, face detection, LED flash, HDR and the ability to record at 1080p. As for the front camera, it will be 2 MP and will also record at 1080p.
