Surely remember how year after year the guys from Samsung presented the Galaxy S to us at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, which is always in late February / early March. But this year, they have decided to delay the launch of the Galaxy S8 until April. What's more, according to a report collected by ETNews, the production of the Galaxy S8 will start in March and will be 10 million units initially (5 in March and 5 in April). This confirms that the launch is delayed and that there will be no Galaxy S8 for the MWC.

Samsung delays the launch of Galaxy S8 until April

The incredible event we experienced last year, this year would not be repeated (at least not in that fair, of course). But as the companions of Phone Arena informed us, the production process of the Galaxy S8 would start in March-April. The manufacturing components would still be arriving this February, so it would not be until March when the Galaxy S8 began to be launched.

It is clear that Samsung plays a lot with this smartphone, because we are facing the next flagship of the company, where everything should go smoothly and without haste.

We expect innovation as the Galaxy S8 will be able to become a “Continuum” type super PC. Not to mention, that it will come with the latest power and cameras. Did you know that the screen of the Galaxy S8 will be of 2K resolution? If you wanted 4K, I'm afraid you'll have to wait for the Note 8.

We will continue to keep an eye on everything that happens with the new Galaxy S8, because it does not look like plans are going to change and it leaves before the unexpected. If so, it would already have to be produced.

What do you expect from this Galaxy S8 ? Do you think it is bad for Samsung not to launch at MWC?
