Samsung and Huawei solve their legal battle with an agreement

Three years ago, the problems between Samsung and Huawei began. In 2016, the Chinese brand sued the Korean, for allegedly violating a patent related to 4G. Although the Korean firm denied these allegations and also took legal action. A total of 40 lawsuits have been accumulated between the two companies. But this legal battle comes to an end.

Since the two companies have resolved this dispute, through an agreement they have reached in China. Although at the moment the terms of this agreement have not been revealed. But at least they have signed peace.

The good news is that it marks the end of a fight between the two companies. Although we do not know what this agreement means for the two companies. Soon we should have all the data in this regard, since surely there is some means that ends up having access to them. Although legal battles between the two sides have become commonplace.

There have also been allegations of espionage, as Samsung has accused Huawei of having had access to some patents or confidential data in the past. So the conflict between the two parties is somewhat known.

It seems that these months are being those of signing the peace. Since recently it was Apple and Qualcomm that reached an agreement, thus ending much of their conflicts. While now it is the turn of Samsung and Huawei. We will see if this improves their relationships.
