Samsung already manufactures 3.2 tb pci ssds

South Korean giant Samsung has announced that it has started manufacturing SSDs with a PCI-E interface with a storage capacity of 3.2TB.
For this, Samsung uses 3D V-NAND memory, which it owns, in a HHHL (half-height, half-lenght) form factor, and which allows it to double the capacity that the company could offer so far.
The new 3.2TB Samsung NVMe PCIe SSDs provide a sequential read rate of up to 3, 000 MB / s and a sequential write speed of up to 2, 200 MB / s. At the same time it offers a random read rate of over 750, 000 IOPS and a random write rate of 130, 000 IOPS.
It is a device designed to be highly reliable and is certified to support up to 32TB of writing per day for 5 years.
