Seasonic prime fanless, new fanless power supplies

Seasonic has expanded its Prime Fanless range of titanium power supplies with a new 700W version, as well as adding two other fanless designs to its series of passive cooling power supplies that launched with a 600W model in 2017.

The latest additions to Seasonic's Prime Fanless range include the new 700W Prime TX 700 80 Plus unit with titanium rating. This new 700W version tops Seasonic's range of fanless power supplies and provides users with a truly silent, high-power power supply with 94% efficiency in titanium at 50% system load.
Seasonic's latest design includes micro load regulation for 12V primary rails, keeping output voltage within an extremely narrow range to achieve less than 0.5% load regulation to improve electrical performance and achieve stability almost total. The unit temperature is controlled by passive cooling through aluminum heatsinks fitted to critical components.
In addition to adding the new 700W titanium version, Seasonic adds two other fanless power supplies to the series. The Prime Fanless PX-500 includes all the completely silent features of the Prime Fanless TX 700 but with an 80 Plus Platinum rating that offers 92% efficiency at 50% system load. Seasonic has also added 450W Prime Fanless PX-450 to the range offering an economical silent power supply solution.
