Seasonic, known as one of the best power supply manufacturers on the market, brought its Snow Silent Gold line to CES 2018, with the focus of always, quality on quantity.

Snow Silent Gold will be the 'economic' variant of Snow Silent Platinum

Introducing their new line of modular white Snow Silent Gold power supplies, these should have solid performance compared to Seasonic's Snow Silent Platinum series, albeit at a more grounded price.

Seasonic power supplies are well known for their quality and reliability. The Snow Silent series would be one of the highest quality options, with a variant with 1050W power or the 1000W SSR-1000TD being available. The new Snow Silent Gold should give us more scope to have a source of great power, but not as expensive as the Snow Silent Platinum that are about $ 300.

Like almost the majority of products that have gathered at CES 2018 in Las Vegas (United States), we have lacked much more data on the power that these new Gold models will have, their price and their estimated date to reach the stores, but knowing that they will be the cheapest variant of the Snow Silent, they will probably cost around $ 250.

The Snow Silent series stands out for its 'silent mode' that turns off the fan depending on the workload that the computer has at the moment and that other manufacturers are imitating.
