We already had access to the latest chassis that MSI manufactured a few months ago, the GUNGNIR 100 seemed like a great option for high-end gaming PC. Now the brand has taken another thread turn with this MSI MPG SEKIRA 500 giving us an improved look, more elegant and with greater capacity for hardware.

MSI SEKIRA 500 series three variants with great aesthetics

The brand claims that the design of this chassis is oriented on the ax of the god Perun of Slavic mythology, for that front that combines a solid part in brushed dugings and part in tempered glass with RGB lighting. We are talking about the SEKIRA 500X tower, the most expensive variant.

In addition, it has side tempered glass with installation without tools and mounted on hinges, and another one on top, which reveals the ventilation systems that we install. The interior has been enhanced with a removable radiator mount. The chassis accommodates up to three 120mm fans that can be pre-installed and with directional RGB lighting. We also have a microcontroller with capacity for 8 RGB hubs that includes a management button on the I / O panel.

The variant MPG SEKIRA 500G has the same removable side tempered glass by button and without screws, although it loses both the front and the top in glass. For the purposes of ventilation capacity, we have exactly the same, both in the front and upper areas. Features brushed metal effect finishes throughout the chassis and rose gold beveled edges.

Finally, the SEKIRA 500P is the third variant that a tempered glass is added to the right side, next to the main one. Both installed by hinges with easy closing system. As for the front and top, the structure of the previous variant is repeated.

We recommend our guide to the best chassis on the market

They are three chassis adapted to the new times, with a much improved design compared to those that the brand already had. The inclusion of lighting control systems and elements such as radiator mounts and removable hard drives make them quite modular and elegant. What do you think of this new series released by MSI?
