Silverstone argon ar07 and ar08, two new high performance heatsinks
SilverStone has introduced its new SilverStone Argon AR07 and AR08 heatsinks with a design thought to maximize their performance and maintain a very low noise level.
The SilverStone Argon AR07 measures 140mm x 50mm x 159mm and weighs 453 grams. Its design is based on a classic aluminum fin radiator with the patented “ diamond edge ” technology to improve air flow and reduce turbulence and noise. The set is completed with three 8mm copper heatpipes and a PWM fan capable of operating between 800 and 1, 500 RPM generating a maximum air flow of 93 CFM.
On the other hand we have the SilverStone Argon AR08 which has more compact dimensions with measurements of 92mm x 50mm x 134mm and a weight of 285 grams. Its design is also based on an aluminum radiator with “ diamond edge ” technology and includes three copper heatpipes and a 92mm fan capable of rotating between 1, 500 and 2, 800 RPM generating an air flow of 49.5 CFM
Both are compatible with all current sockets from both Intel and AMD. Prices were not announced.
