SilverStone Nitrogon NT08-115X for the most basic users
The SilverStone Nitrogon NT08-115X is based on an aluminum finned body to increase the heat exchange surface. Its base is made of 20mm thick copper to improve heat transfer from the processor to the main body of the heatsink. The set is completed by a 92mm PWM fan capable of rotating at a speed between 1200 and 3500 RPM to generate a maximum airflow of 47 CFM with 62.88 dBA.
With these features it is capable of handling processors with a maximum TDP of up to 95W, so this simple heatsink can handle even the most powerful Core i7 of the LGA1150 / 1151/1155/1156 sockets as long as its stock speed is maintained. Its dimensions are 101 x 103 x 48 mm and a weight of 213 grams without fan. It includes a mounting system very similar to the Intel stock heatsink for maximum simplicity and ease of installation.
Its availability and price have not been announced.
