One of the biggest difficulties with very compact equipment is the dissipation of all the heat generated by its components during operation. The new SilverStone NT08-115XP is a heatsink with a very small size that makes it ideal for the most miniaturized systems where a remarkable cooling capacity is sought.

SilverStone NT08-115XP: a simple but effective trigger

The new SilverStone NT08-115XP heatsink has dimensions of 101 mm x 101 mm x 33 mm in height, so it will fit into any system, however compact it may be. It is built with a body formed by an aluminum and copper radiator that has a multitude of fins to maximize the heat exchange surface and thereby improve its cooling capacity.

Above is an 80mm fan that is capable of rotating at a speed between 1, 200 RPM and 3, 400 RPM to generate an air flow of 5.64 to 15.98 CFM with a noise of 16.5 to 28.98 dBA. This new heatsink can handle processors with a TDP of up to 65W and is specially designed for Intel LGA115x platforms. For installation it offers a retention system with pins very similar to the Intel reference heatsink.
