Facebook has evolved remarkably over the years. New functions have been added that make the social network much more useful. Something that bothers many users is having to see everything that some of your friends or acquaintances post. Luckily, Facebook has introduced a solution so that you don't have to delete those friends.

This is Snooze, a tool thanks to which you can mute your friends without having to block them. In this way you do not have to see what that person hangs on the social network, but you do not go to the extreme of blocking it.

Facebook presents Snooze

With this new function, users have greater control. What Snooze allows you to do is stop following the posts of these contacts for a period of 30 days in total. Once that time has passed, if you want you can use it again. So Facebook allows you to carry out the operation multiple times. The way to activate Snooze is very simple.

You have to click on the drop-down menu at the top right of a publication. Doing so gives you several options, one of which is "Postpone". In this way you can spend 30 days without seeing the publications of one of your contacts.

It is a good way to avoid blocking someone and it is also a really discreet action. So the person you silence is not going to receive any notification or know anything about what has happened. What do you think of this new feature on the social network?
