Supercell cancels rush wars launch

Supercell is one of the best-known studios, responsible for Brawl Stars, Clash Royale, Boom Beach or Clash of Clans, among others. The firm left us this year with a new game, called Rush Wars. This game was officially launched in beta form months ago, so that users on Android could try it at all times. Although this game will not reach the market.

The firm has confirmed the cancellation of this game on its website. It will be playable until the end of this month, before it is completely removed.

In this case, Supercell was looking for a building and fighting game different from what we find in the market. Although it seems that Rush Wars has not convinced. Users have sent feedback to the firm, commenting that the game is too repetitive and not surprising. Therefore, it did not achieve something that the company seeks and that is that its games can be played for years.

The firm has confirmed that the game will be available until November 30. So all those who play or want to play can still do so. But then it will be removed permanently, as they have said.

Additionally, Supercell has disabled in-app purchases. It is not known if the money will be returned to users, this is something that has not been confirmed yet. Undoubtedly an important decision by the studio, but if they think the game is not up to the task, better to avoid it becoming a failure.
