The Syllable D9X headphones are offered in a white cardboard box on the front of which we see a high-quality image of the headphones that details the design of their modular batteries that are the main attraction of this model. At the back its main characteristics are detailed in perfect English.

We open the box and find a black case next to the documentation that includes the warranty card and a small quick-use guide.

Syllable D9X includes a small plastic and metal case that serves to store the batteries of the headphones, its functionality goes much further since it is also a charging station that we will use to recharge the two sets of small batteries with which these headphones work.. This case has a MicroUSB port that is the one that we will use to recharge its internal battery, which in turn will be responsible for recharging the small batteries that the headphones use. This case is capable of charging small batteries a total of three times.

It is time to make an assessment of the Syllable D9X and everything they offer us. First of all we have to tell you that they are very comfortable headphones to use, personally I have problems with all in ear models and these are the only ones that have never been dropped while I have been using them. Its pads are very comfortable and the design is very light so you hardly even know that you are wearing them.

Isolation from outside noise is also very successful, so we will not need to use a very high volume level, something to keep in mind since one of the problems with in-ear headphones is the high pressure they exert on the ear, which is why It is not recommended to use a very high volume if we do not want to be deaf. Speaking of volume level is more than enough and we doubt that anyone needs to use more than half.

We continue with the sound quality, this is quite balanced with very well achieved bass, we believe that you cannot ask for much more in-ear headphones with the size limitation that they suppose. The sound is very clear from both the speakers and the microphone thanks to the AAC decoding technology, we will not have problems to answer calls with these headphones.

Finally we talk about autonomy, Syllable promises two hours with each pair of batteries but they have been very conservative since we have reached four hours with a single set of batteries, this is double what was promised so with the four batteries we will have for about eight hours of use. In addition, the case for the batteries allows them to be charged three times so we will have about 24 hours of autonomy passing only once through the plug. Great!
