Team Group recently released their new MP34 solid state drive in M.2 format with PCIe Gen3X4 high-speed interface and the latest NVMe 1.3 protocol.
Team Group Launches MP34 Solid State Drive with 256, 512 GB, and 1 TB Capacities
The M.2 MP34 SSD uses the PCIe Gen3X4 high-speed interface and the latest NVMe1.3 protocol. The data transfer performance is impressive. The MP34 transfer speed is up to 3000MB / s, which is 5 times faster than the SATA III interface. It supports SMART and has a built-in 'smart' technology called Wear-Leveling and built-in ECC.

The MP34 comes in capacities of 256, 512 GB, and 1TB of storage. Among its more technical specifications we can talk about a MTBF of 1.8 million hours.
For the 256GB model, we find 190 and 160K IOPs for read and write, 190 and 160K IOPs for the 512GB model, and 180 and 160K IOPs for read and write for the 1TB model.
Read speeds are maintained at 3000MB / s for the 512GB and 1TB models, and 2700MB / s read for the 256GB model. As for write speeds, these vary greatly depending on capacity. In the 1 TB model, the write speed reaches 2600 MB / s, while in the 512 GB model we have about 1700 MB / s. On the 256GB model, the write speed is only 850MB / s.
The durability of each drive is 380, 800 and 1660 TB for the 256, 512 GB and 1 TB models respectively.
