Table of contents:
Team Group is launching two SSD drives with different characteristics. The CARDEA II M.2 is a solid state drive that emphasizes features like the PCIe Gen3 x4 high-speed interface and a cooling module with a patented fin design.
Team Group releases CARDEA II M.2 and PD400 SSDs
Following the CARDEA II M.2 drive, we have the introduction of the PD400 drive, which is an external SSD drive that uses the latest generation of high-speed USB 3.1 Gen1 interface. It is light, easy to carry and has three main characteristics: it is pressure resistant, shockproof and waterproof. The two internal and external solid state drives offer solutions for the need for performance and a very good appearance, as you have already seen in the images.
Returning to the CARDEA II unit. The finned cooling module has a patented design and has passed rigorous testing. This cooling design will offer temperature improvements of 10 degrees in an enclosed space and 30 degrees in an open space. This is 15% more thermal performance than in a traditional system.

CARDEA II uses the PCIe Gen3 x4 high-speed interface and supports the latest NVMe 1.3 protocol. It has a truly outstanding sequential read / write speed of up to 3400/3000 MB / s, and a random read / write speed of up to 180K / 160K IOPS.
The PD400 only weighs 60 grams and uses a high-speed USB 3.1 Gen1 interface. Data access time can be greatly reduced and can be used more freely in different environments.
