Transcend Memory has announced four lines of SSD products for customers based on 3D NAND flash memory. This offers users new options with the best quality when updating their PC with one of these solid state drives.
New Transcend SSDs with 3D NAND memory
Starting with the new MTS810 and MTS420 lines built in the M.2-2280 and M.2-2242 form factors respectively, these devices work with a SATA 6Gb / s interface to offer good performance and maximum compatibility.

The Transcend MTS810 derives from the MTS800 series launched by the company in 2016, the new product is based on a newer TLC NAND flash memory and a more compact Silicon Motion controller. Its performance reaches 560 MB / s of sequential read speeds. The MTS420 is its miniaturized version in the M.2-2242 form factor. Both drives will be available only in 128GB capacities.
Below is the Transcend SSD230 series which was already announced in November 2016. This device is built with the 2.5 inch 7mm thickness form factor to offer the best compatibility thanks to its SATA III 6Gb / interface. s. It is available in capacities of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB to fit the needs of all users. Its performance reaches a sequential read rate of 560 MB / s and a sequential write of up to 520 MB / s to make your programs run smoothly.
