Transcend MTS800 M.2 256GB

Being a small disk, its packaging is quite compact and small. The pill is protected by a bag and a plastic blister for when you get home you are in full power. Both on the cover and on the back we have its most important characteristics.

The MTS800 uses the M.2 interface. in its 2280 format (80mm x 22mm x 3.5mm) and weighing just 9 grams. It features a Transcend TS6500 controller that is truly a renowned Silicon Motion SM2246EN with four SATA 6Gb / s channels that is being used on many SSDs today. plus four micro NAND pads and a single Samsung DRAM chip.

About the memories are Micron 128Gbit 20nm MLC (MT29F256G08CECABH6-6) with a read rate of 550 MB / s and a write of 460 MB / s in the 256 GB model.
