Trident z neo, new high-performance memories for ryzen 3000

If you're considering building a new system around AMD's recently released Ryzen 3000 CPUs alongside X570 motherboards, then there are some G.Skill news that you should be aware of. The company has announced a new series of DDR4 Trident Z Neo memory kits.

Trident Z Neo DDR4 memories can reach speeds of 5774 MHz with Ryzen

It has been determined since the original launch of the Ryzen 1000 series that memory speed can have a significant impact on processor performance, so these new kits can go up to 3, 600 MHz with times of 14-15-15-15. -35.

All kits available

This specific kit will require 1.4V and is only available in two or four 8GB kits, giving us 16GB or 32GB in total. A 1.2V kit will also be available, with timings less than 18-18-18-38 and the same 8GB x 2 or 8GB x 4 configuration, but if we need more capacity they are still running at 3600MHz.

Kits with times of 16-16-16-16-36 to 18-22-22-42, running at 1.35 V, will be available in capacities of 8GB x 2, 8GB x 4, 16BG x 2, and 16GB x 4. Using an MSI MEG X570 Godlike motherboard, a Trident Z Neo kit was able to set a record speed for an AMD 5774 MHz platform.

All DIMMs will also feature 8-zone RGB lighting that can be controlled by G.Skill's own lighting control software, but is also compatible with software from motherboard vendors.

The Trident Z Neo kits will be available through G.Skill's distribution partners throughout this July.
