Samsung's 32GB UDIMM consumer modules are now available from $ 155.99, having been listed as a "sold out" product since last summer. This means that these M-Die consumer modules arrive just in time to be replaced by their new A-Die version.

Resellers had speculated that Samsung had been reserving its 16Gb ICs for servers, due to high demand exceeding supply. This leads us to speculate that the old M-Die integrated circuits are being introduced into the consumer channel as new A-Die parts are introduced to higher margin professional products.

Samsung's P / N M378A4G43MB1 was first seen for € 185 on the CompuBase site. Offer may be limited, but the good news for consumers is that Samsung will soon have strong competition from Micron with these modules.
Currently the 32GB module can be seen in the SuberBiiz store with a DDR4-2666 speed, the name M378A4G43MB1-CTD 2666 and CL19.
