Vlc player finally available for apple tv
VideoLAN has announced that its popular VLC Player is finally available for the Apple TV platform.
The VLC Player application for Apple TV is very similar to the desktop application and allows the playback of videos in multiple formats. The application allows playback at different speeds and includes a casting function to bring locally stored content to an Apple TV on a personal computer using the web. The company has promised to add compatibility with Dropbox, OneDrive and Box services.
VLC Player is one of the multimedia players most valued by users, let's hope that the version for Apple TV lives up to what is expected of it.
