Wacom has presented at CES two Cintiq Pro tablets of 24 and 32 inches
The 24-inch model will feature separate pen or pen and touchscreen versions. Wacom plans to launch it next month. The 32-inch model will only be available in the pen and touch option, and will be available sometime this spring without being more specific.
In particular, Cintiq's 32-inch model aims to satisfy the demands of those users who believe that the 27-inch Dell Canvas is not large enough for them.
iPad Pro feels very small compared to the Cintiq Pro
In the image above we can see an iPad Pro with its screen of 'only' 9.8 inches compared to the Cintiq Pro 32 inches, the difference using the Clip Studio application is very evident for this type of design task.
As you can imagine, we do not expect that these tablets can be taken to work or a walk in the park, but rather are more focused for the professional user and as study material. Given that, prices are as expected. $ 3, 300 for the 32-inch version and $ 2, 000 for the 24-inch model.
Previous Cintiq models, 13 and 16 inches, cost $ 1, 000 and $ 1, 500 respectively.
