Microsoft continues to fine-tune the new Creators Update expected in April. Windows 10 Build 15014 is released with a series of new features for users of the Windows Insider program that we will review in the following paragraphs.

What's New in Build 15014 for PC and Mobile

Buy eBooks from the store

- Windows 10 users in the United States can already buy eBooks from the Microsoft store itself, so that they can read them from the Microsoft Edge browser, which we remember, has support for reading electronic book formats.

After purchasing the books, we will find them in our Books library, which is now a new hub of the Edge browser.

This new hub has support for searches by words or phrases and we can also ask Cortana for definitions. Edge is going to adapt to any device to give a good reading experience without having to resort to a third-party application.

Cortana search box improvement

- Cortana's search box is being refined for a better experience.

Refined Cortana Notifications

- Cortana notifications and the activity center have been updated to achieve better visual consistency with the operating system. It is now slightly larger and uses accent color.

Customize accent color

- From this Build, you can now customize the accent color from the System Settings section.

Free up space automatically

- One of the most interesting functions that this Build adds is that of being able to free up space automatically after about 30 days. The option is disabled by default, so you have to activate it from the Configuration section.

New energy indicator

- A new power indicator can now be noticed on some Windows 10 devices. You can see that we will have a slider bar with which you can customize the consumption of the laptop, more performance or a mode of less energy consumption.

These are some of the novelties of Build 15014, one more step towards the Creators Update.
